Stone Bungalow with Flat Roof

Left as exposed dressed stone, the house draws its character from the masonry itself. A castellated parapet hides the roof drainage, and a small colonnaded porch marks the entrance.

The flat roof was designed as a reinforced-concrete slab with falls to internal outlets, detailed for the region's heavy seasonal rain.
