A two-storey family home with deep balconies and a landscaped garden, presented in a night-time walkthrough.
The house is planned around a central stair with living spaces opening onto a covered terrace at ground level and bedrooms above, each with its own balcony. Stone-clad piers and a flat concrete roof give the house a calm, contemporary face.
The garden was modelled in full so the client could review lighting, paths and planting alongside the building.
