Modern Flat-Roof Maisonette
A crisp two-storey maisonette with cantilevered balconies, a covered carport and a roof terrace.
Stacked white volumes are broken by a stone-clad service core and horizontal steel balustrades. The first floor cantilevers over the carport to give a sheltered arrival without extra columns.
Structural design covered the cantilevered slab, the roof terrace and the stair core, all checked to Eurocode 2.
